Online Company Formation
To have a limited company you need to register it with companies house. There are many online company formation agents in the UK who will undertake this exercise in a matter of hours.
To form a company the agent must be registered with the companies house website and there is a list online to help you. You can see the list of approved agents here
The company we recommend is register my business who have been established since 2001.
They will either form an off the shelf limited company (where the company is already formed and you take over the shareholding - this is a much faster way of forming a company - alternatively you can register your own unique name although this will take a longer time but at least you will have your own name rather than some obsure "made up name"
